Your Care & What to Expect
At Life is Movement Clinic, our goal is to help you move, feel, and live better. Physiotherapy is a safe and effective way to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. However, as with any treatment, there are some things to keep in mind:
You may experience temporary soreness or discomfort after a session—this is a normal response as your body adapts.
In rare cases, symptoms may temporarily worsen before improving.
We tailor every treatment plan to your unique needs and will work with you to minimize risks while maximizing your progress.
If you ever have concerns or questions about your treatment, please don’t hesitate to ask. Your comfort and confidence in your care are our top priorities.
Appointments & Cancellations
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full appointment fee.
If an emergency or exceptional circumstance arises, please reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule or transfer your session credit to a future appointment.
Your Responsibility & Our Commitment
Please inform us of any changes in your health or medical history before your session.
We are here to support you in your recovery, but progress depends on consistent participation and following your therapist’s advice.
Thank you for choosing Life is Movement —we’re honored to be part of your health journey!
