Spinal Health Lab is a small-group, one-hour movement and exercise class focused on improving mobility, resilience, and overall fitness — with everything centred around long-term spinal health.

Rather than avoiding movements that are often labelled as “bad for your back,” this class is built around what the evidence actually shows helps develop a strong, adaptable, and confident spine. The aim is to support your back for real life, not wrap it in cotton wool.

What to expect
